Movement is a 60-minute adult class, which combines elements of yoga, dance and functional movement for a total mind-body workout. Learn about your functional range of motion through a somatic teaching style, invigorate your body through traditional yoga poses, and open your heart with freestyle dance elements. Open to all experience and intensity levels, and no prior experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat and wear form fitting workout clothes that allow you to move. Required footwear: bare feet or ballet shoes.
